I booked a similar flight in may with ua miles on brussels airlines for travel in oktober (2 adults one lap child) for BRU --> Faro (portugal). It also didn't ticket, but one call sorted this out and got etickets for all three and it shows correctly on the brussels airlines website.
In this case, they did not substract the miles for both adults, and no eticket for daughter. So chances that this gets us flying without problem looks small.
So yes, I think I will cancel it (maybe they will give me the miles back that they never subtracted in the first place
), and book three seats , or 1 revenue adult + child and 1 adult via award.
I also still need to book a BKK - MNL for all three of us, but don't think I will try to do this with an award again.

received eticket today for the lap child about 2 months after booking
also, the miles for mine and my partners booking are now subtracted from my account
all looks ok on SQ website, i see all 3 etickets and sq says ok on all three
was planning to cancel this later this year, kind a good that i didn’t do that yet (revenue ticket for changeable ticket is now about 500 usd)
