That looks like a nice salad to me, much better than LOT’s outstation fiasco if you ask me... That being said and adding to the “hot-cold” topic, my experience differs slightly (even though I have been flying mostly Basia since March): SJJ-VIE, roughly 45 minutes’ flight, would normally feature 3 tiny sandwiches; LHR equals to hot meal always (regardless of the time of the day); when flying to/from PRN (just over an hour in altitude), I had hot meals at breakfast and on the last service from VIE; AMS normally gets hot meals however, just before LOT restarted operations at SJJ, I got a cold option on the 5:20PM service. Whether it’s the time of the day to determine either hot or cold meal, je ne sais pas, perhaps others can also share feedback.
