I have not tried, but you would minimum need to change your frequent flyer number to JMB and have a membership card with an RFI chip or use the JAL app on your mobile phone. You can just go to manage booking and get the 2D bar code (checking in basically) for boarding without changing the FFP on the booking, then you don't need to visit a counter or kiosk.
