At the property recently. Five Luxe looks close to being finished. I would expect loud thumping music into the wee hours and I think it will impact RC. I wouldn’t be happy if I lived at RC residences which are now right next to Five. I will be avoiding this property. I recall a miserable night at the Westin when Barista beach club was open. I read that place is closed due to something else being built there.
Agree - haven't stayed in the RC though anyway since 21. The current price point is just too high for a property which doesn't have a nice pool and where rooms/ balconies require some renovation (IMHO).
