Last weekend I flew SEA-JFK on the redeye and JFK-SEA in the evening.

SEA-JFK: decent light meal. The brodo was so good.




JFK-SEA: exceptional all around. Went with lasagna, chicken, and pork. Flown domestic and foreign premium cabins a lot these past few years and I think, flavorwise, this was one of the best meals I've had in an airplane. And that chili oil really is perfect to add that extra kick! Btw... Mint condition cocktail with tequila was great!
