Hi all,

I know this subject has been beaten to death in the past but I cannot seem to find the right answer. I'm flying Islamabad - Doha - Edinburgh on an award ticket redeeming Avios, but this is my first time doing a mixed-itinerary. The ISB-DOH segment is in Y, the DOH-EDI one in J. I just have 2 questions:
1. Which luggage allowance applies to me? Do I get to use the Business luggage allowance for the whole of my journey?
2. Do I get lounge access at Islamabad as well? Islamabad has a contract lounge, not a QR/OW own lounge, so I don't know whether the rules are different, but I had heard that if your long-haul flight is within 24 hours of departure etc that you get business lounge access at both airports, regardless of the fact that you're flying Y between ISB-DOH.
