If BA are astute at their forward planning, it would make sense to refurbish the Galleries Club lounges outwith summer peak travel season, when they can block off large parts of a lounge to do a phased refurb, or close one entirely. As we all know, the club lounges needs more than just a lick of paint and some new chairs.

Then again, it’s BA. Peak travel season might be the perfect time to close a lounge for a touch of extra chaos at T5 😊
