Frustrating because I have to re-book my award reservation and i don't want to call QR agent to do manual search for me.
I have had this issue when using the QR location version of the site (which is what it sometimes defaults to once you login)... fix for me that worked is to change the location using the change location link (between the login link and the search link) to another site, and the airports all load...
