It is possible but very tight (I have made similar 1hr connections at JNB incl to HRE). If LH arrival is on time, if you're not last off the plane and if there is no long queue at transfer security then you will even have time for a coffee. If not, then make sure you are prepared to run, know your way and ask to jump the queue at security (even though most people in queue will have a tight transfer).

If you have to check bags, be prepared for delayed delivery, put an AirTag in them and bring essentials in your handlugage.

The later arrival is due to the longer flight time with Niger airspace closed.
