We just checked in here yesterday and honestly I'm not too impressed. There was zero Globalist recognition other than reminding us that we have free breakfast and no welcome note or treat, which I know is not required, but rare ime. The room has a wine opener, but no wine glasses. The room has two TVs, but only one remote. Only one espresso cup as well and all 10 coffee pods were decaffeinated. There was also no water in the room upon check-in. The wine cellar (just a wine fridge) the room description mentions is non-functional. Also, the gym doesn't open until 10am, so don't plan for any morning workouts!

So far the highlights are the doorman and location. Our baby also did get a branded stuffed animal and slippers in his crib. The rooftop bar is a nice stop, just be aware cocktails are €25, but they were well crafted and the bartender is great.

I was excited to finally have a nice Hyatt property in Florence, but will probably return to the St. Regis or Westin for future trips. FWIW, we booked a 2 queen suite and that's what we got, but calling it a suite is a stretch. The suite part is just a couch and TV in a little corner alcove. I did get what I thought was a pretty good rate of like €450 + 6k/nt so can't complain too much.

FYI if you have a baby, the breakfast restaurant only has one high chair compared to the minimum of 6 I saw at the Park Hyatt Milan.
