T4 is indeed the odd one of Changi, why they just didn't connect it with the skytrain or overpass or something is beyond me ...
or it gets connected to the new T5 maybe?

The Crowne Plaza can indeed ask any price as from T3 (and in a slight detour from T1/T2) can be reached without the need to leave the building
