If staying domestic, there isn’t any MQD arbitrage possible, so you’ll need to spend at least $1400+tax. 3 Hawaii or East Coast round trips would get you the miles, so just a matter of searching around for the cheapest option you can find to do that while spending at least $1400 before taxes.
2 round trips in paid first/Delta One would also do it, but unlikely to be possible without spending more, though worth checking what cheap LA-Hawaii first class fares are available.
To be a bit more time efficient you might be able to find something like LAX-JFK-HNL-LAX to cover 2 out of the 3 round trips needed, or in theory the whole thing if you found a good price for a first class ticket, but the LAX-JFK leg is unlikely to be had for cheap if buying Delta One.
