I don’t see any reason you wouldn’t be able to do it there, the EoA page doesn’t make any mention of nationality being something that makes a difference to the ability to EoA, and each one of you is going to be processed individually anyway. In terms of wait time I can’t say for sure as I’m not familiar with the location, but the process itself is a matter of a couple minutes. If it’s a busy time for the airport (perhaps look up the departure list and see how many US-bound flights there are around the same time) there may be a wait, but I’d guess you probably just want to get there before the bulk of the passengers on your flight and it’ll probably be fine.
Thanks for your insightful reply. I managed to secure appointments for all of us albeit on different days to interview at the local EC. We all were approved and I'm waiting for the GE cards to come in. My understanding is that we don't need the actual plastic card and can just use the Passid to travel and use TSA Precheck. Is there a separate thread that discusses the logistics of using GE and benefits associated with it?
