You're mostly paying for the fact that this is the one and only hotel is located INSIDE the airport which you can talk to and from very easily(without even a shuttle bus necessary). Also there's a pretty huge swimming pool too to maintain...

That maybe so. However arrive at midnight at T4 and wait ages for shuttle bus to T3 one could be quicker in a cheap taxi to nearby hotels with potentially better facilities. I'll certainly be doing that next time. The hotel is overpriced and poor facilities. They must be laughing at everyone who stays there.
