FWIW, FRB PWM has been pretty easy to work with. I'm not paying any fees and they're managing a good amount above $10M. It's mostly in VUSXX, VCLAX, and T-bills (all of which are FRB-fee-free). My understanding is that they eventually want to make money off of me (e.g. they've proposed putting together a custom muni portfolio for 25bps), but they seem to be in no hurry to do so.
BTW, is there a credit limit on the JPM Reserve? That's the main reason I'm hoping to switch over; I'm constantly hitting my credit limit on the CSR (even after consolidating all my other Chase cards into it). The CSR takes a few days then to pay off and until then — I have to switch to a different card.
Yes, there is a JPMR limit. However, they opened my account with a significant CL - don't remember how much - and then reallocated some other consumer cards I had such that my JPMR limit is well north of $100k (and is a hidden tradeline).
