Running into an AA GUF upgrade issue myself.
I have the AA flights under the AA prime code and EF says there is ‘A’ upgrade class available on my flight, but the GGL team says it is showing no upgrade availability for them. I’ve tried it with 2 different agents - so either EF is showing phantom availability or BA aren’t requesting the right upgrade class - but any suggestions on how to get the GUF applied?
