As above, if the price is ok go with Garuda or Citilink (since that is also Garuda). But I've also flown Lion domestic as have my friends and we managed to survive it. You'll save a fair bit by booking through an Indonesian website since their fares tend to be a lot lower. I suspect Skyscanner might lead you to some if you use Indonesia as the POS, but tiket.com is a reliable one I've used in the past that does accept foreign credit cards.
