Is transit visa needed in SGN, VN?
Flight is from Singapore to Sydney via SGN Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Kiwi.com says that you have to leave the transit area and re enter? Is that true? I thought this is from international to international transfer. ( Viet Jet (SIN - SGN) to JetStar (SGN - SYD))
