Yes, that’s no problem at all. You should be able to select different cabins at the start of your search, from memory it’s on the right at the top of the page.
You can’t have mixed cabins on different segments, for instance LHR/DXB/JNB needs to be in the same cabin. But for the return that restriction does not apply.
