Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? No, I wasn't. No Diamond recognition whatsoever. Property is very dated. Airport shuttle service to/from MXP is outrageously expensive (EUR 15 per person for ride of less than 3 km in a big van? A taxi just for yourself is cheaper!). AVOID!

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked and received standard.

How are the rooms? Dated. The AC was very noisy and the mattress felt old. A desk chair was also kinda wobbly and seemed ripe for replacement. Room was clean.

How is the exec. lounge? N/A

What was good and what was bad? Good: The cleanliness of the room. Bad: Everything else, including lack of status recognition (didn't even receive the welcome amenity points, despite reminding them about it during checkout), poor room, and rip-off airport shuttle.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? No, I sure as hell would not.
