If you can find award flights operated by other oneworld carriers when you do an award search at aa.com, those flights should be bookable with BA Avios or Cathay Pacific Asia Miles. As an example, Japan Air Lines operates a HND-DFW nonstop, and you will sometimes find award availability for it on aa.com.

Note that BA and CX each has its own redemption rates and fees.

Always verify award availability from the program through which you wish to redeem miles for an award flight before transferring Amex points to that program.
