Champagne is stocked as 1/4 bottles in the back galley though, or has that changed.? JAL runs with thus setup for champagne in PY, and at least prepandemic ANA did as well.
I am not sure if there is stock of champagne in back galley, sorry… After I got served the usual PY sparkling wine (same as in domestic Premium Class, isn’t it ?) couple of times, usually I specifically ask first if they now accept orders from biz class (which is after first meal service), so they know which bubbles I mean… :-)
