I would still advise against highlighting the typo with Qatar airlines again, correction or change. You run the risk that the agent says no or its an unreasonable cost, and when you decline they put a note on the PNR saying the customer knows a name is misspelt etc.
This really is just best left as is, it really will not cause any issue unless you take actions to highlight the typo, which calling the airline about the typo a 2nd time does exactly that.
