I am not quite sure what the petit fours actually do include. There is no such item on the business class menu. In general term use, it usually referes to small pieces of chocolate or small cakes not full desserts.
Mind you that these are -as far as I know- basically „left-overs“ / small additional stock from biz class and if they serve all biz class already then nothing offered anymore in PE…
Was exactly my experience already couple of times and with biz class basically always full these days (at least for Europe flights, not sure on US routes), I would not count on these desserts being available in PE..
Champagne however seems more stock ;-)
