Staying here now for 1 night. Overall OK property. Got an entry level non-renovated king size room mid floor and got upgraded to a renovated king size high floor one. Room has good size, does feel new/renovated (usb ports, etc). Hotel in itself is a bit odd, with quite a few restaurants but closing fairly early. The fitness center (free) is like a trip to the past -- looks like some hotel gym in the 80s? I wanted to check out the pool, but last entry at 8pm only and JPY 1500 per person for Marriott Platinum/Titanium. Breakfast in California cafe is OK (good service), though rather smaller portions. Location-wise have not explored much yet, but last night there was not much to eat next to the hotel late. The good thing is that a cab ride from Haneda was around USD 50, so not bad.
