If I do get access at LAX on departure would that extend to the Qantas and Business lounge? I’m confused as to whether the destinations of PTY and LIR would qualify for access?

LAX—> MIA—> PTY
LAX—> LIR
LAX—>JFK—>LHR
MAD—>JFK—>LAX
For the itineraries where your final destination is PTY and LIR you will get Admirals Club access (at LAX and MIA).

LAX-JFK-LHR you can use the Admirals Club, Flagship Lounge, or the Qantas F lounge in TBIT (as a PLT Pro you are a oneworld Emerald so F lounge access applies on a qualifying long haul itinerary). At JFK you can use the Soho (or Greenwich) lounge.

Same for MAD-JFK-LAX, Soho or Greenwich at JFK. And of course any of the IB lounges at MAD, but youll be using the one in T4S.
