4 or 5 hours is plenty of time. You also can get to T5 for some more BA lounges but I guess not worth it unless you had access to the Concorde Room. T3 will keep you busy and definitely go for some noodles at the CX lounge and check out Qantas. I believe Qantas has a la carte breakfast and dinner but not afternoon, only buffet mid day.
Are you on one of the 77W's or the 772 flight? Some seat strategy is involved for the 772 b/c there are 2 diff types of seats you may get. There is a great thread somewhere on FT on the B/E Vs. the Zodiac and how to tell which you are getting and which are the better seats to choose (basically the 772's with Zodiac are a far inferior seat).
Thank you for this additional info! I'll have to do both those lounges, they sound great! I have a morning departure so I'll be looking for breakfast, though I like all sorts of things for breakfast and those noodles look delicious (I looked them up).
My flight is on a 77W. I did a bunch of searching about it and chose a seat in the 'mini cabin.'
