The consulting business is a bit slow in the summer, so I spent some time recently writing a tool to calculate RDMs, MQMs, MQDs, and which lounges you have access to based on your itinerary, Medallion status, and relevant credit cards. I have always been comfortable doing the math with the great circle mapper and the earning tables for partner-marketed flights, but writing a calculator seemed like a fun project, and might be able to get people quick answers to things like partner MQDs and lounge access when they ask.

You've done a great job making a complex calculator with a nice clean UI! Since you don't have direct access to the dataset DL uses, you are always going to have a small margin of error (nothing you can really do about that). The only suggestions I might add would be (a) moving the instructions pop-up button to a simple text link below the input box that says "Click here to see input syntax" - the current button looks like what most users would assume is a search box (you also might consider putting example syntax in light gray in the box that disappears when put into focus and (b) maybe changing the input syntax so that airlines and airports have different separators. Something like ORD(DL.W)-ATL(DL.Y)-FRA looks cleaner to my eyes.
