Weekday 5PM ish - most likely looking at this coming Thursday. Around that time on previous weekdays the YYZ wait time dashboard showed about 30-40min wait (for security + pre-clearance) but I am not sure how accurate the dashboard is?

Most recent reference I have was a Monday morning at 7:30AM in July (peak time) . I have Nexus and colleagues didn't. I was through in 20 minutes (most of the time spent waiting for security, there was a couple really slow folks in front and they were again selecting way too many bags for secondary inspection - not met today for once), colleagues took 45 minutes using regular security and standard customs/immigration for the US.
Hope that helps. Maybe check early one Monday morning and see if aligns with the dashboard vs my experience. If so then it's probably reasonably accurate.
