However, if he was a GCH and arrived on a BA long-haul flight then he would have been eligible for access, but it sounds like it was a BA codeshare, so he wouldn't.
The only people who can do that are Premier (not 100% sure about GGL on that front, actually).
Should have gone to the AArrivals lounge in T3, I guess.....
