My mother purchased a flight for 1740 euros (all taxes and carrier charges included) but unfortunately needs to cancel. She isn’t sure what amount will be refunded to her and if it makes sense to cancel or simply not show. The fare rule states as follows:

Refund Conditions

• Prior to Departure of first flight
  • Refund: Allowed with restrictions
  • Penalty fee between: 317.00 EUR / 771.00 EUR (at today exchange rates 317.00 EUR / 771.00 EUR)
  • Maximum Refund penalty fee for entire ticket: 771.00 EUR

Am I correct in understanding that what she will get back is 1740-317 = 1423 euros? Or are there going to be other deductions?
