There may be variance, Aeroplan has told me that they provide "cleaner" results (and that wasn't from an agent).

UA has AAA-BBB-CCC available, as well as AAA-BBB or BBB-CCC. AP wouldn't let me book AAA-BBB-CCC, no matter how hard I tried. They had AAA-BBB and BBB-CCC available, but they couldn't be combined, and AP confirmed it wasn't an error compared to UA's results.
