On returning home they submitted two claims for delayed arrival using the form on the LOT website and got a reply a few days later asking for bank details.

2 x €400 was received last week, 23 days from delayed flight to compensation.

I had an EC261 and delayed luggage claim with LO in July. The delayed luggage claim was processed and paid in 7 days. The EC261 one in 14 Days.
