Not bad

I had a one night stay at the Marquis in the summer. There was a teachers convention in town that week so the place was very crowded. I did not get a room on the concierge floor (I'm plat) but they gave me a key card for the lounge. Being there one night, the only benefit of the lounge I could enjoy was the breakfast.

No problems with the service, plat arrival gift, etc. However, upon check in, they only thing out of ordinary, was after checking in and getting to the room, there was a room service tray outside my door. I called to the front desk to have someone come up and check that the room wasn't occupied. It wasn't and they took the tray. I guess my question after that was, it was around 8 pm or so when I checked in, so why was there a room service tray still in the hall?

On subsequent trips to downtown Atlanta, I stayed at the downtown Hampton Inn and the Wyndham (it was across the street from the Hampton Inn). The Hampton... check your door from the outside to make sure the lock is working properly. They Wyndam, check your room service tray for ants. The Hampton was the only hotel that did not charge for the internet.

If the client wouldn't notice the $249 for the hotel, I'd stay there again.
