Actually Premier is the higher-end option, with only 166 rooms. Grand is the cheaper one. I stayed there in June. It was nice -- bigger than a typical Japanese business hotel, and very convenient to T3. I didn't inquire about later checkout as I didn't need it. I paid about $170 in total with taxes.
I don't see a whole lot of details in your post. What was included in your rate? The convenience factor is why I want to stay at this hotel. Any reason to pick the Prince Hotel at Shinagawa over this? Any other tips for this hotel if I decide to spend tonight here?
Thank you!
