Some more info and details would save so much time yes I agree with everyone but I just wanted to throw out that I have never in my life received as bad of customer service as I have at MIA. And specifically at AA's terminals/gates. A lady who was checking BP's to let you into premium check in was so rude and and ignorant.. I gave the details in a post on here 2 years ago when it happened but in absolute shortest way to describe it, she was just on a power trip and so darn rude. Then I had a gate agent who cussed at me for no reason and was so unhelpful and made me feel so bad for her having to wait a few minutes while someone else went to grab my Bose that I had left on the plane. I think the AA employees at this airport are the absolute worst and even though we need more info and details I can 100% see the part where after the OP wasnt allowed to board they were rude/turned their back, walked away, ignored him, etc.
Yeah, considering the well-earned reputation of AA staff at MIA for passenger-unfriendly actions, I don't get all the attacks on OP. It's not difficult at all to believe that OP's party arrived at the gate on time yet was improperly denied boarding. Though the lack of details really does make it difficult to figure out what actually happened.
