Some more info and details would save so much time yes I agree with everyone but I just wanted to throw out that I have never in my life received as bad of customer service as I have at MIA. And specifically at AA's terminals/gates. A lady who was checking BP's to let you into premium check in was so rude and and ignorant.. I gave the details in a post on here 2 years ago when it happened but in absolute shortest way to describe it, she was just on a power trip and so darn rude. Then I had a gate agent who cussed at me for no reason and was so unhelpful and made me feel so bad for her having to wait a few minutes while someone else went to grab my Bose that I had left on the plane. I think the AA employees at this airport are the absolute worst and even though we need more info and details I can 100% see the part where after the OP wasnt allowed to board they were rude/turned their back, walked away, ignored him, etc.
