Who sells the ticket is irrelevant. As long as the flights are marketed by DE and/or AS. Purchasing from an OTA doesn't change the eligibility for Mileage Plan accrual.
When you have a DE itinerary with an AS Prime flight number, the AS segment is AS marketed. In that regard, DE is the "agency" selling the AS marketed and operated segment in conjunction with their own flights.
