Have you managed to rebook using the online tool?
At the end of the day you can just book your own hotel should you need one and claim it back.
It was BA486. The rebooking tool wasn’t offering anything until Saturday so I’ve given up and gone home.
A very frustrating experience. Can’t help the weather, but some of the airport staff I encountered today were seriously useless.
