There is a BA flight at 15:20 to LHR with all business class codes except J zeroed out, so no availability.
Until it's not J0 then it can have Avios availability. I've seen many times when let say J2 rest is 0 still 1 or 2 Avios available on that flight. I would always check on BA.com and not assuming with Experflyer as it's not accurate.
