You may still get access on the reserve card at the Escape lounge. There's reports of people getting in the Escape lounge at MSP with the reserve card now that it's operated by AmEx with the same police as the centurion lounge, you have to be on a Delta flight and the flight has to have been paid for with some form of an AmEx card.
