Stayed for two nights as a gold member booked through FHR during the 25% discount.

- Upgraded to a king deluxe room park view without asking. Only paid upgrades to suites. Room was very quiet which was great for me to rest and relax. Aesop products.
- Breakfast was amazing: large selection and didn't have to wait to be seated even during the busiest times. Jamon Iberico and fresh mangoes were the highlight.
- Used my $100 for a WA massage at the spa. It was 90 minutes and THB 4700 and one of the most relaxing massages ever. I usually am very tense during massages, but the dark atmosphere, relaxing music and scent, and of course the masseuse literally massaged me to sleep.
- The pool was gorgeous and not very crowded.
- Service was impeccable. They addressed me by name at the front desk.
