I'm pretty sure they're on the breakfast buffet at the Arrivals lounge -- those previously frozen triangles of shredded potatoes (which Americans would call a "hash brown" and may or may not be considered a rosti by the Swiss).
As the very name suggests, potato rosti is not an item on a classic English breakfast (regardless of whether a Swiss would shriek in horror at what passes as a Rösti in England) anymore than eggs, sausages and beans would be regarded as traditional items on a classic French breakfast.
