indeed, best not wait and instead pursue your baec number to request issuance of the vouchers by the back office team. once the request goes in they usually issue them within 1-3 days, you will get an email confirming when issues and the voucher number - and it will show on your "My evouchers" section on your baec page.

btw, i don't buy what the agent said to you about having the voucher but unable to give you the number. frankly that sounds like bs to me.
