Your Tier Points will reset to zero on 9 October but you retain Silver and all the associated benefits until card expiry date ie 30 Nov 2023. So you should still be able to reserve seats now for free for any upcoming hookings you make until 30 November and you still have lounge access until that date.

I am not sure why you can't reserve seats on the existing booking.
