Card Benefits - Year end vs Card Expiry Date
Hi all,
I have found a few threads on this, but wanted to confirm my experience is correct.
My tier point year ends Oct 8th, and I will drop down to Bronze from Silver until a longhaul BA holiday in J in April 2024. My 'card expiry date' is listed as 'valid until' the 30th of November 2023.
The threads I've found seem to imply that my silver benefits will persist until the 30th of November, not the 8th of October, but I have a recent shorthaul booking to Stockholm in Q/N economy for the 13th to 18th of October, and I no longer seem to be able to select my seats for free online in manage my booking at this stage. Is that correct?
Equally, would I still be able to use the lounge by showing my 'unexpired' silver card in October? Or will this refresh to a 'Bronze' card on the 8th of October in the app?
