Arrival at that time should be fairly swift.
Departure in the morning (was catching SQ to SIN) from international terminal was a night mare though due to the massive line for security checks and no Business Class/ Priority Security lane concept seems to exist. Took better part of 45-60mins for that alone before getting to immigration and the queue was snaking through the terminal. For a country so efficient this was terribly managed.
