Under the (now not so) new "Cathay" programme, is the membership year always Jan-Dec, or does it work the same way as Marco Polo, that it runs from the month of status upgrade/downgrade for 12 months plus remainder of current month? Is it still possible to reset partway through the year assuming status points for same tier achieved?
