If price is no object, Garuda is the #1 choice.
After that, Citilink (the LCC subsidiary of Garuda) would follow.
Indonesia AirAsia and Super Air Jet are your typical ULCC carriers, with AirAsia being the preferred of the two,
TransNusa is probably the lowest of the list, though if you are an AvGeek and want to fly the Chinese ARJ-21, then that might be an option to look into.
