Canceling Flights - United Travel Bank credit

In July I booked two one way standard economy tickets for September travel, LAX-EWR, EWR-LAX. One ticket I purchased paying $93.70 cash and a $50 travel bank credit courtesy of IHG rewards. The second ticket was booked under my Friends Mileage plus naming me as the traveler, paying $93.70 with my credit card and using her $50 IHG travel bank credit. I may need to cancel both flight. My questions:
1. Since this was NOT a Basic Economy ticket I assume the amount will be refunded in the form of a travel bank for future travel. Will $93.70 or $143.70 be sent to my travel bank?
2. With the other ticket using her Mileage plus account, since it was paid with my credit card, will $93.70 or $143.70 be sent to my travel bank?
3. If I cancel does the travel bank have to be used within a year from date of original purchase.
4. Can funds be taken from more than one travel bank to purchase a ticket or reverse using one travel bank credit to purchase two separate tickets?
5. If only $93.70 was returned to a travel bank credit can I use that plus a future IGH travel bank credit with (say in January to purchase a future ticket?)
Thanks for your help.
